TLC, 2006
Techno logisticheskmy complex "Tomilino" (TLC "Tomilino") - this is the first large-scale project in Russia, which combined storage terminal, logistics center and industrial area with developed infrastructure, and providing their tenants a wide range of additional services.
TLC "Tomilino" located in the territory of 140 hectares. Approximate area of the project is 500,000 m2 of warehouse, production and office space. In 2005 it was put into operation in 46,000 m2 of warehouses of class A. In 2006, plans to build about 150 000 sq. m. Project completion is scheduled for 2009.
